Tequila Lime Marinated Grilled Chicken

Fresh mint and parsley combine with tequila, orange juice, and warm spices to create a zesty marinade for grilled chicken breasts.

 ½ cup Fresh mint leavestightly packed
 ½ cup Fresh Italian parsleytightly packed
 ½ cup Fresh orange juice
 2 tbsp Tequila
 2 tbsp Olive oil
 2 Garlic clovesmedium, crushed
 2 tsp Jalapeno powder
 ½ tsp Salt
 ½ tsp Cumin
 ½ tsp Ground chili powder
 ¼ tsp Black pepper
 4 Chicken breastswith skin

Mix all the marinade ingredients together.

Rinse the chicken pieces and dry them.

Put the chicken together with the marinade into a large zip lock bag. Press out the air and seal.

Turn the bag every hour to coat the chicken with the marinade.

Remove the chicken from the bag, keeping the marinade.

Pour the marinade into a pot and boil it.

Grill the chicken over the fire, turning and basting all the time.

Serve warm.
