Cheese-Stuffed Meatballs

Juicy, golden-brown meatballs with a gooey melted cheese center, perfect as an appetizer or main dish.

Yields1 Serving

 Ground beef
 Cheddar cheesecut into small cubes
 Breadcrumbs
 Egg
 Salt
 Pepper

Mix ground beef with breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Take a portion of the meat mixture and flatten it in your palm.

Place a cube of cheddar cheese in the center and wrap the meat around it, sealing completely to form a ball.

Repeat with the remaining mixture to form all the meatballs.

Cook the meatballs in a skillet over medium heat, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.

Serve warm, cutting one open to reveal the melted cheese center if desired.
