Nan’s classic Sunday morning pancakes, light, fluffy, and always served with golden syrup. A family favorite for three generations.

 200 g Flour
 2 Eggs
 300 ml Milk
 50 g Buttermelted
 Golden syrupto serve

Whisk the flour, eggs and milk together to form a smooth batter.

Melt the butter and stir a little through the batter. Heat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat.

Pour ladles of batter onto the griddle and cook until golden on each side. Serve warm with golden syrup.
