Juicy pan-seared pork loin chops smothered in a rich, creamy cheddar cheese sauce. A comforting and flavorful main dish perfect for any night of the week.

Season the pork loin chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat butter/oil in a pan and fry the chops for about 4-5 minutes per side, until cooked through. Remove from the pan and keep warm.
Add the garlic to the same pan and fry lightly.
Mix the flour with the milk until smooth and add it to the pan.
Add the cream and mustard and stir until the sauce begins to thicken.
Lower the heat and gradually stir in the grated cheese until melted and creamy.
Add the mixed herbs and season to taste.
Return the chops to the pan and spoon the cheese sauce over them.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
